Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the miniAtlas mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

miniAtlas is an educational mobile application that provides geography quizzes, including but not limited to:

• Daily flag identification challenges
• Capital city quizzes
• Geography trivia questions
• Continental exploration features
• Progress tracking and achievement systems

The App is designed to be educational and entertaining, helping users learn about world geography through interactive quizzes and challenges.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use miniAtlas only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for any commercial purposes without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or other proprietary notices

Intellectual Property Rights

miniAtlas and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

App Content

All quiz questions, geographical data, images, text, graphics, logos, and other content in the App are either:

• Original content created by the developer
• Licensed from appropriate sources
• Used under fair use or educational use provisions
• In the public domain

Your Content

Since miniAtlas stores all data locally on your device and doesn't collect personal information, you retain full ownership of any data created through your use of the App (such as quiz scores and progress).

Educational Use

miniAtlas is designed as an educational tool. While we strive for accuracy in all geographical information provided, the App is intended for educational and entertainment purposes only.

Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App. Key points:

App Store Terms

Limitation of Liability

Updates and Changes

App Updates

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, and you should uninstall the App from your device.
