Tips & Tricks
🎙️ Customize Sage's Voice
You can change Sage's voice by going to Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content > Voices on your iPhone. Download different voices to find one that feels most calming to you.
🔄 After AI Updates
When Zen receives an update that improves the AI model, you may need to delete and reinstall the app for the changes to take effect. The AI model is loaded when the app is first installed, so a simple app update may not refresh it.

Enable Apple Health in Zen's settings to automatically log your mindful minutes and track your emotional state over time.
